Pilot has factory for producing Pilot products for selling in domestic. The products that we produce in Thailand are oil based markers; whiteboard marker and its refill ink, super color marker and its refill ink, Bi-Marker, sign pen or color pen, refill ink for fountain pen, pencil lead, and some ball pens.

You can buy Pilot in department stores; Central and Robinson (B2S shop), The Mall, Office supply stores, stationery shops (wholesale and retail shop)

Some old product item don’t supply to department stores because of old items or discontinued. You can find in our showroom which is located on Silom Road near Bangkok Bank Head Office. To make sure, you should check with company first.

Pilot product is well-known brand name for long time, and customers can trust in quality of products. Therefore, there are some imitations or counterfeit of Pilot products. However, we have the comparison details about the different between authentic and counterfeit of Pilot brand for being notifications. If anybody find the counterfeit products, please kindly inform to the office that would be highly appreciated.

Most of our domestic products are certified by European Standard on safety of Toys EN71 Part 3: 1994 which can guarantee our products be safety for using. Moreover, EN71 Part 3 and ROHS is not absolutely different in details, there are the same of some restrict chemical substances.
